STRYD is not a travel booking agency and does not act as an agent for airlines, hotels, restaurants, tour operators, or other travel providers. We do not receive commissions from bookings made through our recommendations.

No fiduciary, agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created between you and STRYD by using our services.

Pricing and Payment

All prices for STRYD services are listed upfront and are charged as flat planning fees. Pricing may include:

All fees are for planning and research services only and do not include the cost of flights, lodging, meals, activities, or other travel expenses.

Payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our research-based services, STRYD does not offer refunds. All sales are final once payment is processed.

User Responsibilities

By using STRYD, you agree to:

  • Data Integrity: You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the intake process. STRYD is not liable for logistical errors or planning conflicts resulting from inaccurate or omitted details.

  • Due Diligence: While we provide expert recommendations, the final review of all bookings remains your responsibility. You must verify real-time availability, final pricing, and specific provider policies (such as cancellation or baggage rules) directly with third-party vendors before confirming.

  • Final Verification: STRYD acts as your strategic guide; however, all final travel contracts are between you and the service provider.

STRYD expressly disclaims any liability for planning errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

STRYD acts exclusively as a strategic planning intermediary. All travel services—including transport, lodging, and event access—are owned and operated by independent third-party providers. As STRYD maintains no control over these entities, we do not guarantee their performance or availability.

STRYD is not responsible for:

  • Third-party cancellations, unavailability, or modifications.

  • Fluctuations in pricing or fees once recommendations are delivered.

  • Issues regarding quality, delays, or disruptions during your journey.

  • Events of Force Majeure, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances outside of our direct control.
